Bad customer service and no regard for their clients, they care less and we wonder if they do exist cos the silence is worrying

This is really disgusting business behavior, my parents have been trying to call to submit a claim regarding their home that was broken into on the 25th December, the whole time we get put on hold and when they ask to be called back die to running out of airtime they *********** and sleepy consultants don't, until we went back to the information papers and we found the claims email, sms option which they used to try and reach out but to date no feedback,

How are u guys comfortable in getting your premium each month on re but to deliver a promised service becomes a hassle?

Now before this they also tried to call to give a sale for short-term insurance cos they looking to switch to date still no call back from Iwyze or a quote atleast to show that they not even interested in working at all,

My dad is the insurance holder Mj Gantsho I'd *** and please call him on the number on your records or alternatively call my mom on ***,

Get someone to call them and arrangements to be done for a smooth claim submission cos they have a vase number and all relevant information about the burglary,
