Bad customer service

On the 08th of October 2018 Iwyze sent me an email(with REF[ ********** 9]) stating that I will receive a cash back bonus by the 01st December 2018. I have not received any such cash back bonus and when I called iwyze to enquire this the lady simply said I do not qualify for it yet I have been sent a letter via email stating the contrary.
