Bad company

I have problem here my policy was cancelled I never got an letter via email that they’re cancelling my policy. To my surprise they were able to send me cancellation letter via email for the debit that didn’t go through in January of which I didn’t know about it till today. In February they have deducted the premium when I ask how do they cancel my policy but the have debited my account all of the sudden I got a message that they’re going to refund me. I want my policy this won’t end well I’ve been paying this policy every month...
