BAD BAD SEVICE

I am so disappointed from the service I'm receiving from this company, my car was in an accident on the 18 of June 2022 and i received final update today 2022/07/27 . They rejected my claim and they advising that the accident was due to negligent , i was not even at wrong side . from day one the service was poor due to how i was receiving the updates. I was also advised that my car was a write off but now they looking for things not to pay. i will definitely take legal rout . PLEASE THIS INSURANCE ITS BAD JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK . Before i joined i was advised that iwyze its a bad company even the incident that was on TV with the lady that crashed old mutual offices now I'm in trouble trusting that I'm insured. I have being paying this claim for 3 years . I WILL FIGHT THEM
