Bad bad service no feedback.....

I have lodge a complaint on the 10 Nov 2021, still nothing is happening. I have emailed Banele Maseko 3 times already and he is not getting back to me. I have also emailed the complaints department but still nothing is happening I have send a report and quote yesterday of my own provider but nothing is happening. Not even a reply thank you customer we will get back you you no nothing. You cant; phone them as you keep holding on the line and run out of airtime, or the line cut after 9mins of holding lessening of where you are in the que,... This is just unacceptable. My claim is a security risk. But iwyze don't care about his customers safety.
