BAD BAD BAD - Refuse to pay for claims

I will never take out insurance with Iwyze. Such a pity they are linked to a good company. My friend has paid for insurance for a few years without any claims...now that her car broke down (after several months of communication and to no avail) they refuse to pay for anything. I think this is outrageous because the claim she needs to put in is less than all the monthly contributions she paid thus far. I will name and shame your company as far as I go. Don't try to contact me as I already said what I wanted to.
