Bad bad baaaaaad Service!
Sphiwe Shabangu from the claims department is a DELINQUENT... very bad service! it's so evil that administrators talk to us Black people as if we are **********!!! I need my claim attended to by a superior or someone else if not, they should refund my premiums and I am out!
