Bad and useless service on existing Claim

Iwyze said I should take my car to Automagic Menlyn on the 1st of October 2021, I took the car and my car stayed there for 6 weeks, which was not acceptable, the guy who was dealing with my car was very rude to me, he was not updating me, the other day I called him, He told me what must he do? Must he give me back my car without fixing it as he's still waiting for a mirror, he waited for that mirror for 6 weeks, I went to fetch the car on the 5th November, I was told that the doors has been replaced, but to my surprise the door are not replaced, the vehicle is having a production line, the door locks are faulty, sometimes it does not lock after I pressed the remote to lock, the bumper is not properly aligned with the fenders, the door panel was not correctly inserted as a result the window switch has fallen inside the door panel, therefore I can neither close nor open the windows, my window is open as I speak, how do I go to the shops with an open window, Automagic fixed my car with **** parts, and the worst of all I was mistreated by Richard. We had a huge fight when I collected my car because I rated him low based on the treatment he gave me for 6 weeks. I was told my car will be there 10-15 working days but I got it after 6 weeks and it's not properly fixed. I emailed Iwyze on Friday 28 January, I called them on Friday, they kept me on hold from caller 27, I waited until I was caller 1, they then said there is no one on the extension they transfered me to, I must call again, I called yesterday same thing happened, I called today same thing happened, they are not answering the phones, they are not answering the email, what a useless service!!!!!!!!!!! I called again today pretending as if I want a new quote those are answered with a blink of an eye, I spoke to Valentine (He was very helpful and friendly) I explained my story to him, He sent his Manager an email to forward to claim Department so that they can assist me, no one called still. All they do they deduct the money end of the month but there is no service at all, I have never seen such useless and heartless people in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IWYZE is USELESS, Automagic Menlyn is USELESS. I don't understand why I was sent to Automagic in the first place those people have very bad reviews, I was sent there because IWYZE wanted something very cheap forgetting the quality service they should give to their customers. My car is a mess Richard from Automagic Menlyn completely broke my car, but I'm paying IWYZE every month, what for?? for this Nonsense???
