Bad an poor service

Hello Peter I am an aggrieved by the poor and bad service offered by iwyze and autotech newcastle panel beaters. It has been over a month since I had an accident and it took iwyze forever to authorize my claim. My car is helpelessly garaged with autotech Newcastle with slow services just for them to repair my car. At first I, the customer had to push the insurance to authorize services of courtesy because once the claim is logged there should be allocations ofnthe courtesy car since without fail every month I am paying for those services. Now I am very distracted psychologically and emotionally abused as the courtesy car services are due on 28 May 2022 and I have no transport and to and from work and to my concern they do not care. I am working as a police woman at Newcastle SAPS and the nature of job demands me to carry a firearm with live ammunition and I am expected to be at work 6:00 am and knock off at 19:00 pm. In a country enraged with danger based violence and high rate of police killings these two services providers expect me to travel with a public transport while I own a car that is stuck in their possession for the convenience with no single repairs done over a month. For your information I stay in Osizweni with high crime rate I kindly ask Hellopeter to help intervene as they say "they busy" ordering parts till this point from 29 April 2022. I need them to provide with alternate transport to travel to amd from work as I continue to render payments with iwyze insurance. I really cannot put my life at risk travelling publicly with live ammunition as a woman since the courtesy car is ue bavk on the 28 May 2022. I cannot wait for something bad to happen then I act on this situation.
