Awful
Horrible. When my cover inception, I did not get a policy wording or schedule. I cancelled my cover. I did not get confirmation of cancelation. Still tries to debit my account even with cancelation and charges me R50 non-refundable fee for failed debits when there is no valid debit order mandate? Glad I cancelled.
