Avoiding my quiry ***

I am still waiting for the feedback from Iwyze as they since responded to say they have escalated my quiry to their Finance Department My other concern is that they haven't allocated any person to deal with my matter so that I am able to make a follow up through a certain person in the Department they mentioned I am for the idea hat they are avoiding to deal with my matter by not allocating a specific person as they exactly know that they did not repair my car in totality though the money got paid. They are busy enjoying my money for should I be involved in an accident for other reasons known to tjem

When I took that Insurance cover, I specifically took it for "should I be involve in an accident" nothing less nothing more...

That is what they sold to me.
