Avoid Iwyze
Iwyze and in general Old Mutual service has dropped dramatically. No response from Iwyze on any Gap Cover Claims after repeated requests for over a month.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint regarding the registration of your claim. However, when we check the system, we see your claim was registered on the 8th and the team needs a signed Claim Form attached on the last page of the policy schedule fully Specified Medical Aid Statement.
