Automatic Increase of excess with an amount of R850 in less than 6 months

Good day

I received a letter from Old Mutual- Iwyze yesterday(29/08/2022) informing me that there has been changes to my policy but my premium will not be increasing. Only to read through the document and find out that the amount of my excess has increased with R850.I have only been with Iwyze since 18/05/2022 and already there are huge amount of increases to my policy. When I called the call centre this morning, I was informed that all their clients' excesses have increased across the board and Iwyze do not offer excess of lower than R3850 anymore and this was an increase from there external service provider.

I personally think that this is utter ******* and I would like my excess to go back to the initial amount we agreed upon less than 6 months ago.
