arrogant

I am a client of iwyze for a year now, I never made any claim, first week of December a had an accident, then a called claims department, talked to a lady called patience, she was so undermining, rude and arrogant. She also said that she will not approve my claim, worse part I must return the courtesy car. I tried to speak to two team leaders besides her. But I didn't get any help, I tried to beg this team leader because my job requirement is a car. But all with empty promise. They talk so nice promise all the nice things, but when time of claim comes. You get all the stories. It's 6 weeks now calling them almost everyday. But I don't get any help.
