Approved claim but car is not fixed for three months now

On the 5th of November 2022 I had a hit an run accident where my car was hit at the back by another car. I made a claim for my car to be fixed it was approved early December until today I haven't get assistance on which dealership should I take my car too, for its to be fixed today is the third month's since my claim was approved but my car is still not fixed.
