Approve my toyota corrola claim

I`ve been with i wyze for 5 years never claim never miss any payments,But im getting bad treatment from them now trustMy car was involved in an accident March 22 nd this year.I reported the matter to i wyze after week later. Car overtrurned and we were 5 inside the vehicle,3 guys and 2 ladies.The driver thought its now big trouble for him and dissappeared on the scene,Heard the name of Siya when i was on the spot in Khayelitsha.He`s name is Tyson (Siya) its just the slang we use in our township He actually left to Eastern Cape but through asking around risk in those areas i mange to get his detalis and send to i- wyze,he never wanted to pick my calls when i phone..I wyze claim department wanted the information of Case number,Person was injured and contact details,Name of the driver and contact details.I struggle to get all this infomrmation cause i must use taxi up and down.I dont know all these person except my Friend that was with me,I mange to get all this information ,and had hope of my claim will be finalised,CAN U PLEASE APPROVE MY CLAIM AS IT DANGEROUS TO WALK IN OUR TOWNSHIP ,THURSDAY EVENING WAS ALMOST ATTACKED FROM SUPERMARKET .I WILL SPREAD TREATMENT TO SOCIAL NETWORK
