Appreciation

I was recently involved in a car accident and Nomsa Moetaesi helped me register the claim. Despite the process taking long i really appreciated her positive attitude including checking if my father was well after the accident and how we dealt with the shock and assured us that all will be well. She also called me and waited for me after 5 pm to submit some required documents to validate the claim and that extra courtesy made me appreciate the customer service and made me trust that i made a wise decision in joining iWyze Insurance and will recommend it in future. Will wait for repairs.
