Okay so now of you tell thrm thats iwyze from day one that your service and promises they will delay you claim even longer as now they will go and look why dont you settel your clients claim then go and sort out your poor call centre that os as tjey said so busy in the call centre and our claims yesterday. Why should i wait a weekend again going for week four now i have life policys for the fam my car home and contendts so scated something is going to happen like this of we die. Where is the peace of mind you promise us when we started. Wherw is the fast turn around time i am appalled by the shocking service IWyze delivers. Is this the standard of service their clients pay for? If this is not resolved in 48 hours, I will be contacting the Ombudsman and all Other legal channels to resolve this.
