Appalling service at Old Mutual IWyze car insurance

I thought Old Mutual was the best since it has been there for centuries when I took my car insurance with IWuze and now that it is claiming time I regret this decision.

1) I do not get any sort of feedback at all about the progress of my claim Im the one who has to constantly call to find out what is happening about my claim 2) The third party who hit me has not received any sort of call from them for any details whilst her I sirance called me 2 days after the incident 3)It has been 14 days since the accident but the claim has not been approved, to get an assessor report it took 11 days. I am going back to Miway after this claim because I am definitely not getting the value for the car insurance I am paying for here 4) I was told that I would get a designated contact person after lodging the claim whose name is Philadelphia but till today I have never spoken to her

This is the worst service ever!
