Appalling service

I'm having yet another hassle with Iwyze insurance. I have been making a run around between 2 companies which is Iwyze and proline autobody with just a simple request to have my car released. I have made countless calls, I've requested call backs I even went directly to proline and I have still not been assisted.

My customer experience with Iwyze has been badly impacted and I don't have any more words to describe the treatment I have been getting just to have my car released. I am going to make sure no one else gets to have the same experience I have been given by such a well known company. I haven't had a car for 5 days now
