Appalling Iwyze service

I am disappointed at the old mutual iwyze car insurance. I took car insurance with iwyze in April 2023 and since then I haven't received any policy documents for the cover of the vehicle. Even the policy number I had to call in to request the number. I sent an email last week Thursday 29th June 2023 and no response yet. But the insurance doesn't fail to debit my account monthly.
