Appalling customer service

Shocking customer service from Iwyze life insurance - I am seriously considering changing to another life cover service provider. I have been calling the call center and being sent from pillar to post all for a letter confirming my life cover. If this is what I have to go through just to be sent such a simple letter I shudder to think what my loved ones would go through to claim for my policy in the unfortunate event of my demise. Holding on the phone for hours, transferred from one number to another - still no luck. Unhelpful staff with no knowledge of their own services, appalling service.
