ANOTHER UNWISE MOVE FROM iWYZE

Another disappointing act from iWYZE, they promised to come back to me from my initial review, to this day NOBODY has done so. This after they responded on this platform. To make matters worse, my car is still at the panel beaters (chosen by them) while the AVIS car expires tomorrow. How about they extend until the repairs are done? What stops them from doing that? Because this inconvenience is frustrating me as a client. I have been holding for too long on the phone trying to get through with no luck. This is so unacceptable from them. By the way my premiums are up to date in all of this fiasco.
