Angry Iwyze Insurance

I claimed from Iwyze car insurance and also requested for a courtesy Car on the 25th of October the consultant said they will make reservations of my behalf and Avis will contact me. Days went by and Avis didn’t contact me. I called Iwyze again on the 31st the consultant that I spoke to said I will get the car on time Avis will contact me. It’s Sunday today I still haven’t got anything from Avis. I decided to call them and Avis knows nothing about my reservation being made.

Tomorrow at 9 I have a very important meeting at work. And I will not have a car by then because my car is going to the panel beaters at 7:30.

I am very angry, stressed and annoyed😭😡😡. Tell me Iwyze how am I suppose to get to work tomorrow?
