Andrew is a very helpful person who has understood my issue of the unauthorized debit. How ever, the previous two agents Lebohang and Charles seem to lack customer service skills and just pass me along the line, put me on hold and teh next thing I was speaking to Andrew. Andrew is an asset to the company however, I will refuse to speak to Lebogang and Charles ever again. Very dissapointing, unauthorized debit pops up all of a sudden of R1000 extra been deducted from my bank account
