the worst service provider in the insurance industry. i logged a claim on 10 October 2023 and i never got my feedback. i called twice to follow up. My second amd last follow up was on 12 DECEMBER when i even requested a cancellation because how can it take more than 2 months to process a claim. after they claim a 48 hour TAT. i cancelled my policy and was still debited in December for January, a service i definitely am not using and never benefitted from. i have since sent a request for a reversal of my last debit which was not supposed to be debited by ALAS to this day i have not received my money, let alone be contacted by anyone from iWyze. trash
