An unwyze experience

Yesterday morning I called Iwyze insurance to request for jump start assistance. The auto reply was that, they had technical problems and I could leave a message for someone to call me back. A few hours later I called and the reply was the same. Since yesterday I am without help from Iwyze and unable to start my car which is insured with them. Please help me get service immediately
