Am very disappointed with the service from Iwyze

Am very disappointed with the service from Iwyze, I was involved in a car accident on the 20th of December I then called them to register a claim and they promised to pick up the car. Since then no one has called me to follow up or tell me something, the worse part of it my accident took place in another town so i have been stuck waiting for them to collect the vehicle since the 20th till now. This is beyond inconvenience am now frustrated and angry.

Been constantly calling them they always promise to come and collect the vehicle which they don't not sure what to do anymore as i really need to go back home.

My sister called yesterday to try and ask them to call me back this was on the 04.01.22 at 13:20 spoke to a guy by the name Kieth Bonda who promise to give me a call within 30min which he also didn't do.

Am not sure what root to take and truth being told I wouldn't be recommending them to anyone this is insane.

I just need them to pick up my car and move it away from someone's yard where its parked and fix it, that is all so that I can go-on with my daily life.
