Am I covered - who knows???

I app**** for short term insurance with iWyze to cover my vehicle, trailer and home content. Mistake after mistake after mistake was made by Angelo Graham and even after writing numerous communications to him and his supervisor Gwendolyn I am nowhere closer to having a policy, to confirm what I have been covered for - yet the premiums are going off diligently.

I have now been 'covered' for a month - as I said I STILL DON'T HAVE A POLICY DOCUMENT TO CONFIRM WHAT I HAVE BEEN COVERED FOR.

An additional amount of R24.14 was deducted off my bank account without ANY NOTIFICATION - No explanation has been given to date!!

I want this SORTED TODAY PLEASE - else I will seek other short term insurance - someone who CAN ACTUALLY DELIVER as I don't believe iwyze can!!
