Always read the small print

I requested a quote for comprehensive car insurance and the person I dealt with seemed very confident about what the policy had to offer and he was pleasant to deal with. Much to my dismay, after receiving the quote there were discrepancies between what was discussed and what the company actually offers. Needless to say I found that to be very disappointing.
