Almost no customer care

Almost no customer care. You send through emails and nobody gets back to you. It has been months and I am still waiting for my claim to be approved. I am permanently ignored. I have tried updating my details as they were captured incorrectly and I have no confirmation that someone updated them as the App doesn’t work most of the time. I would not recommend iwyze to anyone
