almost a year now my access hasn't been paid back

My wife was a victim of a reckless driver , who also admitted on the police statement that he was the one who caused the accident, but now its almost year the accident happened my access hasn't been paid back and my premim went up so much.when I call the legal department they keep saying the matter is with their lawyers

I wrote this review on 17 October hoping that I will be assisted in this matter and it would be resolved . Today is 31 January 2018 and yet nothing is happening my access still hasn't been refunded this is the worst insurance ever. Right now I'm being advised to seek help in ombudsman i hope maybe it will be a solution to my problem
