all not so well but ended well

<p>I lodged a claim with regards to my alarm system knocked out by lightening. Took few weeks and calls to get the claim registered and Vusi from iwyze acted swiftly to register my claim and the very same day a service provider was dispatched to my home. Besides Vusi's cordial and amiable approach, the service provider was very pleasant and helpfull in handling the matter. So thumbs up to Vusi (iWyze) and the service provider. Further more Vusi understood the situation and brought to light that other areas in the home that could be affected by lightening so that the service provider must attend to make sure all other equipments etc are functioning properly which I over looked. The service provider is very obliging and knowledgable. Vusi even phoned me the day after to confirm my claim approval and gave me a break down whats going to be done to fix the problem. Fantastic service (iwize) wish there are more Vusi's @ iwize. Thumbs up! you made my day...</p>
