Administration fee I was not told about.

<p>I took out car insurance with Iwyze for the debit order to start from 1 May. They took their funds on the 28th of April, I called and they said they run a flexible debit order on my account. I told them to cancel it and take their money on the 1st moving forward. Today, the 29th of April, they debited R250 again and I was never told about it, they said it's an Administration fee. I was never told about that Administration fee at all. I want a refund of that R250 or I am taking this to the Ombudsman. I am so angry because I did not budget for this, I am even thinking of cancelling this policy next month. I am totally angry and disappointed at iwyze!! </p>
