Acr rejected now they dont even want to give me the car back giving me stories after offering a ridiculous amount to buy the car

Nedbank iywize insurance is reaaly ripping m off. They basically want to unfairly take the car I insuraned with them at a very unreasonable value after rejecting my claim unfairly. I am struggling to get the car bak because they say i owe acr hire which has been charged by the rental copany diretly from my credit card. I really dont know what to do now with these thing these people are doing.
