It is always such an absolute delight to deal and compliment people in a company with such High Standards. Being Tumi Mohafa. Last Week - We had the Pleasure of having Tumi. Conclude " Gap Cover " telephonically. For Us - She speaks and reads so beautifully & fluently at a pace one can understand the Terms and Conditions etc.. She conducts herself with such Respect and Professionalism. Yet still remaining so very humane. She is Patient. Warm and Friendly. Nothing was to much trouble. i.e. To phone Us back without a delay and answers and clarify questions we had. Her Listening Skills are Outstanding. I could go on and ON....... Truly she is an Assest to Old Mutual. I Thank Her Personally for Her Kindness. Being Very Grateful she was on the other end of the phone line to assist.
