Accident well handled

Gloria was very good with assisting, during my accident report. She was patient and able to advice me. Within 2 days the assessments was complete and the car handed over to the panel beater. I just did not like the fact that I had to go to the police station to collect the copy of the accident report, I think the insurance should handle that part.
