Accident claim rejected on no assumptions and not facts considered

These invite me to take up insurance with them since they are financi my car; two months later i get into an accident and they decide to to reject my claim claiming I was negligent when driving and resulted into a crash. They say they hire some expect to re-constructthe accident since to determine speed. Firstly they go to the scene a month later after the accident had happened; the time and conditions of the weather wer not even considered; they are giving assuptions that because there is not speed limit signs in the are i was speedign that say normally a person should have been driving at a certain in that area of accident. Absolutely ignoring any of the fact thatled to the accident and they conclude that I was driving ar an excessive speed.

If you people had been true to your word and indeed been honest in dealing with my case, there would have been no need now to be waiting on the ombudsman. This is now there because of you being ****** and trying to rob me. Now I have a lot of nonsense and inconvenience to deal with your people where you stored the car who now also want me to pay them storage money that is so high as if I am the one that sent the car to them and now also trying to rip me off by selling the car for R20 000. Do you people have any idea of what is still owed to the bank and have really checked the damage on that car that you now say is cost R20 000?

You people are ****ing me off and I should have never trusted you and leave my previous insurance for you people. You have caused me unnecessary trouble and are now putting me in a worse situation when I actually thought you people were supposed to assist me.

There is no one that is safe with you and you are selling people lies you just want to rob them.
