Accident claim

I have been waiting for a verdict of my claim for more than 30 days as I type this review. When I call them they keep on giving me excuses that my case is sent to the management for final review . What really bothers me is that each month they get my premium in time but they turn around time when you claim is below par. I will never recommend this insurance company to any one , to date I am still waiting for my claim to be finalised 😞😞😞😞😞😭😭😭
