Absolutely poor communication, I ve been trying to call you from 9am up to about 11am with voice reply message saying the line is busy. After 11am a voice machine with service options kicked in with the ultimate response 20minutes later by a consultant, I am canceling this policy, I can't rely in your service at all. It means I can't access you in time of urgent need like an accident
