A warning to others

Submitted a claim for my car keys on Monday. My car keys fell and got damaged. I am currently struggling to lock and open my car. I was told I would be call yesterday and still have not received any call. When it comes to claims Iwyze is not delivering on their promises. I would not advise people to take up cover with this company. I am even scared to drive because I might get to a place and the car not lock or open. Old mutual insure has far better service than this company.
