Old Mutual Insure is nothing but a ****. After posting on Hellopeter, they acted like my matters really being re-looked at, just for them regurgitate the same claim declinature they sent 7 months ago. I have asked them to explain why their witnesses say I was speeding, when my Tracker report says I was not, I have asked them why my Tracker report says I Harshly app**** breaks yet they claim I made no attempt at minimizing the effects of the accident. I asked them why their claims investigator Joe Masilela started interviews with witnesses by saying "Tell me about the car that caused the accident", already asserting what he was supposed to be investigating as fact. They still haven't addressed any of these questions.

After going through my bank statements and finding out I don't drink, they started making up lies so that they don't pay.

Go to another insurer if you have any intention f having your claim paid out, Old Mutual is a shell of its former self and policyholders should run from this insurer.
