A great consultant

I saw the iwyze advert and wanted to see if I could save one my vehicles but unfortunately I didn't. I was speaking to Nicolet Viljoen a sales consultant her mood didn't change at all after seeing it wasn't a sale. I then reminded that I had another car and she was able to save me on the other car and ended up taking the policy.

She was fun, professional, caring and listened to me vent out. I even forgot it was a sales call. May her manager acknowledge the great consultant they have.

We need more consultants like her. Who don't just chase a number but also make sure that the client is happy at the end.
