A car claim rejected now they don’t even want to give me the car back giving me stories after offering a ridiculous amount to buy the car
Nedbank iywize insurance is really ripping m off. They basically want to unfairly take the car I insurance with them at a very unreasonable value after rejecting my claim unfairly. I am struggling to get the car back because they say in owe car hire which has been charged by the rental company directly from my credit card. I really don’t know what to do now with these thing these people are doing.

This is relating to Nedbank iywize now refusing to release the car back to me because of car hire that the rental company is charging on me directly. While the people where you sent the car are also telling me they are charging me storage while time is passing you guys send me pillar to post. Taking insurance with you guys was really a big mistake which I had to learn the hard way seriously
