Iwyze **** to Hello Peter that they have given me feedback and decision on my claim. 8 weeks later, I am still praying to know what the outcome of my claim is. Insurance by its nature and definition should or should not give comfort in terms of an unfortunate occurrence. The indecisive conduct by Iwyze leaves a lot to be desired. I am convinced they are looking far and wide to get a reason not to approve my claim. Does it really take this long to decide on a claim or there is more to the story?, time will tell.
