I called in on 29 August 2017 to find out why my iWYZE Buildings Cash Back Bonus is going to be paid out in 9 years time as opposed to 6 years [now 5 years] as I was told when I took out my policy with Old Mutual. Joesph, whom I spoke to, was not sure why it was indicated as such on my policy, but would get back to me within 48 hours. It's been 2 and half weeks & I still have not received feedback. Kindly let me know why my iWYZE Buildings Cash Back Bonus is now being pushed to 9 years, payout in 2026 as per my recent policy schedule that I received in August 2017.
