I had a 3rd party claim and to date I have not received my Excess amount. The person that bumped into me it's a company Truck that has insurance and there is no way the 3rd party hasnt paid Iwyze.

All the time when I escalate I'm being told stories that they will escalate, to date there is no feedback.

I want my excess amount as this was a 3rd part accident.

I even regret adding my new vehicle that I recently bought through iWYZE as they do not take customers claims seriously.

Yes I was paid for fixing the car but the excess amount taken, I want it as the 3rd part paid.

If not resolved ASAP I'll involve my lawyers.
