Old Mutual IWYZE is failing to pay for my windscreen claim for 2 months now because they don't want to replace the original windscreen, when I took the cover they never mentioned that they will not replace with originals, can they please refund all my premiums so I can buy myself a windscreen and find myself a real insurer. Can you imagine I am struggling with a windscreen what will happen if my car can get ****** or become a write off?
