3rd party claim

<p>On the 28th April, I submitted a claim at IWYZE and it was approved in June. All required documents we submitted and they had 31 days to pay. I have been calling IWYZE and their attorneys since the accident happen to find out the progress of the claim. They always say they will come back to me, I never received any call from them and their attorneys African Recovery Solutions. The Sla of 31 days is over and is still haven't received the claim. I called African Recovery last week Thursday , Bianca confirmed that IWYZE made the payment on the 17 July , she didn't come back to me. Again I did a follow up this morning, she still insist that payment was made. I asked for proof of payment as I haven't received the money , again and again they will come to me with proof as they need to consult account department. I called IWYZE they lady that I spoke to said she will enquire from account and cc me. Nothing is done . I spent the entire winter without a car , walking miles to get transport to work. I took it upon myself to get a loan so that I can fix the car. How am I going to pay for a loan if IWYZE is not paying what's due their 3rd party. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so tired of asking one thing over and over again with them.</p>
