30% Price increase frustration Iwyze canceled my Policy without any cancelation conformation from me.

This is the most *********** insurance company, they increased my premuim from R984.12 to R1063.19 on the 1st of February 2024, and then few days later again for March 2024 from R1063.19 to R1273.77, I never had any claim from them and have a risk free profile. I phoned the Iwyze team how discusted I am with this 30% increase on my premuim and what is the valid reason for this unetichal increase within a short period of time, their best answer is due to economy and parts availability, this is a 2012 amarok highline 120kw 4motion and not a high risk vehicle, enforcing the increase but does not take the depriciation of my vehicle in consideration, upon this discussion on the 15th of Februarie 2023 of how upset i am with this they went and canceled my policy without any cancelation words from my mouth only that i'll get other quotes. Never have they sent me a cancelation confirmation letter. No cancelation in writing request nothing this is the worst insurance company in my opinion based on my experience and the ********* price hike, today 20 February 2024 i phoned them to cancel because i got a premuim of R849 from another insurance company just to find out they cancel my policy based on my discussion and dissapointment so im currently uninsured because they took my frustration as a cancelation rather than to listen and resolve.
